The Gaythorne RSL Sub-Branch is hosting two events in August.

The Vietnam Veterans’ Day Service will honour the service and sacrifice of those who served during the Vietnam War. It will be held at 2:00pm on 18 August in Sid Loder Park in Gaythorne. All are welcome.

The RSL is also hosting a Luncheon to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan on 15 August commencing 11:00am.

In recognition of the significance of these commemorations, the Sub-Branch is subsidising attendance costs for veterans attending the Luncheon.
