This year’s Ferny Grove State High Gala was fantastic – as it always is.

This is one of the most significant events on Ferny High’s calendar every year and is always a must attend for music lovers everywhere.

The Gala is a demonstration of the extraordinary talent, dedication and passion of the school’s staff and students and showcased the extraordinary number of hours of practice which went into such a polished performance.

Well done to everyone involved on stage and behind the scenes – without whom a production like this wouldn’t be possible.

This year’s performance doubled as an emotional farewell to Mr Shannon Rogers, Ferny High’s inspirational Music Head of Department.

I know I speak for everyone when I say we wish Shannon all the best in his next endeavour and thank him for his commitment and creativity over the years.
