Locals will no doubt have noticed the development on the footprint of the Ferny Grove Railway Station is nearing completion. The expanded multi-level carpark was already opened in 2023. Very soon, the Fernery (residential tower), Ferny Grove Central (retail component) and the expanded underground parking will be opened to the public.

I recently toured the new facility and it is looking amazing!

I have spoken to a number of retailers and residents who are getting very excited as their dreams are becoming a reality. I know this has been a long process and I thank everyone for their patience. This new development will be a tremendous asset for our community and will add much needed amenity and local jobs for our local economy for many decades to come.
