The Brisbane City Council is proposing changes to City Plan in the Alderley Centre Precinct and has encouraged all residents and property owners in the area to read the draft plan and have their say.

Consultation is now open on the draft precinct plan until 11.59pm, 16 August 2026.

Following a review of submissions, the precinct plan will be refined and adopted into the “City Plan” and used to guide and assess property development.

Following a review of submissions, Council will write to everyone who has made a properly made submission on the proposed changes and will publish a copy of the consultation report online.
